Terms of Sale

1. What we sell

Gallery Treasures sells original artistic reproductions and novelty art objects — documents and artworks drawn by pen and framed by hand. Our products are not authentic originals, antiques, or certified artifacts, and are not sold as genuine autographs or documents. Where a piece includes historic signatures, those signatures are reproduced as part of the artwork.

2. Sources & rights

Our pieces reproduce works that are in the public domain or that we are otherwise licensed to reproduce. The Gallery Treasures name, brand, original artwork, and photography are our property.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and include hand framing. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel any order and will refund any amount charged. Every order includes a numbered Certificate of Craft, which certifies craftsmanship — not authenticity.

4. Made to order

Pieces are produced after purchase. See our Shipping & Returns policy for timing, damage claims, and returns.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gallery Treasures' liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
